Programs for Purpose @ The HUB is an outcome focused program service with our main location in Pittsworth, QLD.

We provide a variety of innovative programs for individuals with a disability in our Hub space, in the community, online and as a mobile outreach service.

Our Story

Programs for Purpose @ The HUB has been established as an extension of Annie's House Pty Ltd to provide valuable, innovative, and outcome-focused programs for individuals with disabilities, offering them opportunities to engage in activities they may not have had before.

Annie's House has been delivering NDIS-approved disability support services in the Pittsworth area for over six years supporting participants to achieve their goals.

Annie's House aims to empower participants to explore new activities, enabling them to grow, learn, and take pride in their accomplishments.

We aspire for Programs for Purpose to fulfill the needs, aspirations, and dreams of individuals with disabilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for new experiences

Ngaya Inda Ngali Care Service’s Vision is to provide individualized support services to people with disabilities with a commitment to close the gap on First Nations peoples access to culturally safe respite, community participation and in-home supports.

Ngaya India Ngali facilitates programs as part of the HUB including Sensory Interactions and Cultural Connections.

LIfe Skills Coordinator

Chris Jarmey

Chris has several years of experience in developing and implementing lifestyle and skill-building initiatives within the aged care and disability sector.

Having lived in Millmerran for the past 15 years, Chris has spent the last seven working in aged care. His role as the head of the lifestyle department has provided him with valuable experience in designing and delivering personalized lifestyle experiences for clients.

Chris is deeply passionate about ensuring that everyone has access to opportunities that meet their lifestyle needs. Having lived experience as a carer ensures that Chris is confident in navigating the NDIS system. He is excited to contribute to a fantastic team dedicated to supporting the NDIS community.

Farm Coordinator

Julie Johnson

With a lifetime of experience in Agriculture & Equine management Julie brings a wealth of knowledge to our Farm Program.

Julie grew up in western Queensland on a large scale Cattle, Sheep & Farming operation. Over the past few decades she owned & managed a Stud and commercial Beef cattle business and has also been a Thoroughbred Horse Breeder & Trainer.

As a Disability Support Worker Julie is passionate about the benefits of human-animal bond and heads our program to facilitate the interaction and skill development we offer participants

Creative Arts Coordinator

Ryan Potter

Ryan Potter specializes in integrating music, art, film, and TV into programs for people of all abilities. With experience working for Cirque du Soleil, Phantom of the Opera, feature films, and composing music for film and TV, Ryan brings a a rich creative background. His projects celebrate diversity and accessibility, encouraging self-expression and growth through the arts in inclusive spaces.

Ryan combines his artistic vision with a deep understanding of individualized care, fostering empowering environments for people of all abilities, while ensuring that creativity is accessible to everyone.
